The U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Team performs an exciting head on pass maneuver. I love capturing the excitement of this moment, and this is one of my favorite shots.

Notice the other aircraft in the background. The Blue Angels were flying one pilot short, so this photo shows the whole team that was flying that day.

Shot with my Nikon D300 and Sigma 70-200 2.8 lens + Sigma 1.4 TC. I tracked on the aircraft at camera left, and took a burst of photos as it neared air show center.
