Front man Kevin Geil, shown here, describes their sound as “countrybilly”. For eight years, the band has been voted "Best Country Band" by the San Antonio Current. IMHO, calling them a "country band" falls far short of describing their musical versatility. These guys really rocked!

"Eve" performs as part of the band "The Zydepunks". The group appeared at the International Accordion Festival in San Antonio, Texas.

The Zydepunks really got the crowd moving with their eclectic mix of music. The band’s musical style includes Yiddish riddles, Irish ballads, Cajun punk, and vocals in six languages!

Taken yesterday at the "Chalk it Up 2009" event in downtown San Antonio.

This is from last year’s "Chalk It Up" event. Each year premiere artists join with various youth groups and organizations to fill the streets with chalk murals.
